Very Good hotel and i recommend it for all, very close to DIC and specially for the Blocks 15,16,17..., It is a very good and new hotel just in the heart of DIC. Good area, pharmacy and store around the corner, newspaper avalability, nice restraurant, taxi avalability, and ice machine.The friendliness of all the staff. great in all aspects. The service was excellent, the front desk people went out of there way to be helpful.

Noisy air conditioning in the room.Actually there are no supermarkets and services nearby hotel. Localizacion far of the city center. Specified a non smoking room. Previous occupier smoked. Room smelled ofsmoke!!!!!!. The hotel is a bit isolated, so expect to travel a small distance to get to places of interest. Air Con in room was very moisy. No room service.No hot water in the bathroom, brekfast poor. Lack of room-service, lack of information and lack of communication between departments.The temperature in the room was cold for us and couldn't be adjusted as we were explained. The location is far from center, no pool. Not all taxi drivers know this hotel. Place for business travellers not for tourists. Light in room was broken and the fan in the bathroom was very noisy.Cleanliness of the room, I was waiting 18 mimutes to get the orange juice in the hotel bar, the internet was down more time that on work. Too much security, 2 times wrong dishes at restaurant, Reception is busy with you at someone else at the same time.The A/C was not working in good way, the room was almost hot. Check in And check out and Services were soo bad. the value for mony is very very poor. no professionalism, breakfast was very very very bad and extremely poor!!!!!!!. the food was awful. rooms were very dingy. Room was not clean, Shower door shattered while staying in the hotel and the hotel then charged us for it when we were not responsible. Also hotel did not charge the AED 350 price but charged AED 420.if the guest want too drink cup of coffee or a bottel of water he must go to the receiption.
