كان الفندق ممتاز من ناحيه النضافه والهدو كن في الدور السادس حتى المطعم في الفندق كان راقي ونضيف وسعره معقول

the staff was very friendly

the internet connection in the room (cable) was not working and I asked 4 times to fix the problem. they send a guy one time and he tried and told me that the IT guy is not available at this moment and he will send him the next day but no one came. I also asked for the wifi instead but they informed me its chargeable even if the problem was from them they cannot offer it as a solution.

It was comfortable, clean, adequate. Nice hotel for the price. Internet connection is in the room--you have to find the plug and direct connect to the computer.

They wouldn't accept cash dollars for the hotel stay.

The long queue and slow check in and check out, only 2 staff on each counter, and it takes longer to check in if don't via letsbookhotel.com !!!. I requested to extend and they didn't bother to check for available rooms, just replied fully booked, so I did via letsbookhotel.com and there was plenty of vacant rooms !!!

great staff, they allowed me to watch the Formula 1 race at 10 am in their sports bar even though the place only opens in the afternoon, then the waitress brought coffee and pastries, you can tell they know about empowerment of staff in this place

The prices of the drinks are outrageous. 34 Dh for a beer? 9$? forget it. That's where they make the difference up on the low cost rooms. The Russian patrons don't mind paying this extortion, but many are offended.

The Restaurant, Claypot

Nobody at the entrance to guide us as to where to park our car. The staff who were inside who could see my predicament were not bothered to help me and in fact it was taxi driver who was held up because of me guided me as to where I could park the car.

Lovely hotel, great value for money. Free shuttle bus to beach and stunning rooftop pool. Easy access to Metro station - miles cheaper than a taxi.

Problem with the airport pick-up communication. Although everything was arranged through email, we waited at the airport, we called at the hotel, we finally got a taxi! Mixed up!

The location is pretty good, not to far from the airport and about 10 min walk or short taxi ride to the Skytrain/Metro. Restaurant, Bar and Coffee Shop in the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The rooms are quite small. Wifi only in the reception area. Breakfast quite simple.

The hotel is budget friendly, no noisy inmates and the fact it has a sports bar and strategically located makes it a budget friendly but dynamic hotel.

The fact security had to ask me a million times where I am going to at the basement despite repeatedly mentioning I am a guest there.
