It was so much It is hard to start or narrow down to one. The staff was very, very friendly. I am saying everyone:receptionist, housekeeping and especially the hard working ladies in beverage and food I invited guess over from other hotels and they loved the service I was recieving at Capitol, excellent internet staff also. I'll be back with friends soon. Staff was great, very helpful and accomodating. Sites accessible by taxi or private cars availble there, beach within walking distance if you like. Lebanese resturaunt on the roof was incredible.
all reviews » I liked the service they offer, and the three clubs they have, Arabic night club, Latino and the Russian night club, the rooms were too comfortable. Staff are very hospitable and friendly. They do not hesitate and they are always available to help you in anyway they can. The general atmosphere of the hotel, location and the staff especially at the reception. very nice room&there is disco&Arabic dancer. i like that thing very much. The stuff r wonderfull and the manager is excellent he's a professional person. Excellent value. Very helpful staff. Latin night club, good music. In general it were fine only few points need to share like the breakfast its very poooor and expenssive and the amenities in the bathroom as well and the smell of the corridor is very bad. The swimming pool is closed from 23:30 to 0700 hours which is not convenient for travellers who have only the time to relax and swim in the late evening or early morning. room services was slow, difficult to get transportation. there are bad smell in the loopy&some time in the room,need moor ventilation. The hotel staff are not polight they were busy on they personal phone instead of attending costumer. Music Sounds from the three night clubs could be heard in the rooms till early morning. Location. The staff wasn't professional. 1. I have selected non smoking room, but I have been given smoking one and some packets were available at the room. 2. I asked the reception to give me a room in a quite area, however I could not sleep at night due to singing and screaming. my room was soo duty. I found condom in the room. Service was awful, you have to call them 2-3 time for to remind them what you asked. I stayed in several hotels in Germany, Belgium, France, Holland, Egypt, Malasia and in Dubai in last 15 years. This is the my second stay with Capitol Hotel. I would like to say that behaviour of reception staff was very bad and not acceptable for a international hotel. the hotel is not clean , the hotel is very noisy and can not sleep up to 3 am the hotel service is not good at all. the staff try to sheet the gust and the price in booking .com not the same win i chick out moor. Rooms weren't clean, mini bar empty, bath stained yellow, room service awfull food, dampness, rooms didn't have kettle or coffee items!! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!. Staff is not Friendly, took 1 hour for check in and given me smoking room which I was about to die of bad smell....it is the most worst hotel in Dubai. Every things. Was. Bad.
