Everything. The staff are fantastic and the manager is very understanding accomodated all our requests! We extended our stay by one more night because we enjoyed the place very much. It was very clean an new hotel, also the price was not expencive. exceptionally friendly staff. Booked room type was not available so we were given an upgrade at no extra cost. roomis really nice.

The place was okay if you're a business traveller, and it is possible to check-in earlier then advertised.Beddings were good. Very clean. good space large rooms. It is very quite place becoz of none busy road. Pool was closed for maintenance. Breakfast is not like what I am use to in the US. You have to pay extra for fruits and cereal. Bathroom was not comfortable. Could not read our credit cards and the room did NOT have a balcony which was a little disappointing but not an issue. Internet connection was poor, but is a normal issue in Dubai. In general we were very pleased with the accomodation and already recommended it to other people. Towels very old, more kitchen accesories is required. Location isn't taxi accessible, reception offers to call for taxi if wetell them 30 mins before we go but don't call till we show up down, we'dwalk up to main street and hail. I would prefer staying in a more centerlocation. Also the washing machine was not functioning properly, thelabels were chinese! And it kept washing, spinning, drying then washingagain! No much help from the technician. I don't like it our room bcz u can not see the street ??I traye tochinge but they sade is full ? I feel the our room is semoll???. Bad location, difficult to get a taxi, hotel charges double usual rate for taxis, internet wasn't working while there. The Breakfast was very poor for an extra 25 DHS and there was a lot of noise from the maintenance staff during the night. I'd hoped that quality and cleanliness would be higher for the price I paid. Staff were not that helpful, and breakfast the one day I took it was dreadful! Hotel was noisy at times - my room quite near the noisy lift as well!. Breakfast was terrible (basic, stale, charged for cerial enough though they also charge for the buffet). The toilets were smelling. Believe the air extraction were not workingwell. I have toi change room as a result but the same complain. Staff are not well trained, did not ask or care about problems or comfort, did not explain internet charges and then charged 250 US $ per week!! for light use of internet services. I went by the reviews on the website. Travelling with a young infant I as happy to have found a nice place , but I was very disappointed. The 1 bedroom apartment was dusty, the floor was dirty, the plates annd cups and crockery is in a s state. I had to ask them to change it because it had left over food on it! The toilet/bathroom smelled awful, becoz the exhaust wasn't working. Yes, coz when we check in in the hotel room equipment is not complete( Like kitchen utensils and etc. ) and we need to call then everytime .And the proper way of answering the phone they are not proffesional.
