  Had an Excellent stay in Fraser Suites Dubai. Spacious One bedroom with fabulous view of Dubai especially Palm and seaview, I felt I was at home. Outstanding service from all staff especially housekeeping boys very helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious with just enough choices. Food taste good,swimming pool area is wanderfull, i lived in Fraser Paris and i like it very much and also Fraser Dubai. Realy all staff are friendly , familier and nice. If you care about your family chose Fraser.

  We could have breakfast at The Terrace restaurant in the Arabic part of the restaurant, which was great at this time of year because they had the windows open. Very nice breakfast. Our suite had a covered balcony with a table and two chairs. It was very pleasant to sit there. The views of the sea, Burj Dubai and parts of the Palm Jumeirah were gr... what people say » eat. And there wasn't any smell of petrol as there's no road close to the hotel on the seaside. - I stayed on the 40th Floor in one of the executive rooms with access to the executive lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea/coffee and sandwiches. Also included free wifi and the staff in the executive lounge were very friendly and helpful. I will return to the Gloria on my next trip. They also arranged my airport transfer both ways.

  we booke an appartment and because of flights arrived about 4am, your staff were fantastic and because our appartment was not ready as check in was not until 2pm they rang round and found another appartment for us and took us to it. - The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms are better than the photographs suggest

Very nice location of Dubai and heart of Tecom. - the staff were helpful and friendly. when i wanted to get a hire car they were happy to help with finding me one. the room was large and clean though a little cold but you have control over the A/C so can turn it down. There are plenty of plug sockets with international sockets so no need for a travel adapter. TV is aplenty. Food at the breakfast buffet was fresh and had a good spread.

  This is a brand new hotel in Al Barsha, very clean, very comfortable apartments, bright and refreshing with green tones and high quality furniture, staff is very friendly and humble, and was responsive to all our needs and queries.   Its an ideal location for Shopping and staying in dubai... you have the Mall of the Emirates connected to the hotel in the 1st floor. Metro ( Rail) connection available from the mall. Very comfortable beddings and well maintained. Nespresso Coffee machine in the room.Good view of Dubai ..( not all) on the higher rooms. You can see late night movie... what people say » s in the mall and walk back to room.. Free internet connection.. - We enjoyed the Club Lounge facilities, very good value. The staff were so welcoming wherever we went cleaning staff leaving kind messages in our room after cleaning, what a lovely touch. The location could not be better. We have stayed at the Pullman before and were worried about the change to Sheraton brand, apart from the price increase of room rate, the service was top notch. Thank you.
