The Italian restaurant was excellent. Good entertainment every night. The kids club was well organised with different activities and kept the kids happy. With 2 children and 1 baby - the room was fantastic and more than big enough. I loved the staff, all my requests were attended quickly and efficiently. The activities were well planned and delivered in an ultra professional way. Breakfast was heaven, the room was huge and the beach was amazing!.

We booked an executive room for 1 night on a saturday night and requested sea view room. The room is very lovely, we kept our window open to hear the waves at night. The hotel food is excellent, the lounge always has freshly squeezed orange juice, and we enjoyed the many free recreational activities (Latino dance class, stretching and Aqua Gym). Luckily there was a Delux Room available, but I had to pay more than AED. 200 per night for the upgrade. Oil on the beach. Service wasn't that good in bars and restaurants, staff in the lobby wasnice and welcoming. We did not get into our sea view room until 5pm but the hotel did provide us with a temporary room at check-in. The beach is not bad but the sea is polluted as compared with that of a couple of years ago. The food and beverage prices are quite high.Yes, the restaurant staff (in both restaurants Italian and Asian) werenot trained properly, instead bringing the wine bottle for acceptanceand tasting to the person who ordered, they brought it to other person.We got served the most expensive wine(630aed), when we only order for200. Not very proffesional.
