  I came with my colleagues to stay 5 days during the Big 5 Expo. My staying was only late at the evening and breakfast in the morning and than whole day out. Staff of the hotel was friendly and helpful. Check in and chec - The location is excellent if you arrive late at night or have an early morning flight from the airport as the city centre and its hotels are quite far from the airport and you do not want to spend precious sleep-hours in a taxi. There are free shuttle buses every half an hour so it is also very convenient to get to the hotel. The closest Dubai metro station is Emirates (approx 4 min walk) and you can get to e.g. Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall in 20 min. For us the existence of a gym was also a

  everything was great. Had a room on the royal club floor. Got a upgrade to a suite. Very beautiful. This was the fourth hotel during my holiday in the Emerates and the best.Club lounge was perfect,staff extremely friendly to my old mother who does not speak English.   It was nicely furnished (modern style) large and very confortable. We stayed in a two bedroom that had balcony, green room, multiple A/C control. It was a great hotel with great service and nice clean rooms. - There wasn't anything we didn't like at the Lotus Grand Hotel Apartments. It was just a pity we were only staying one night.

  A very clean apartment, decent and clean furniture, helpful and friendly stuff, great location near city center and metro station, 5 mins to airport ... we loved our stay there ! - The apartment concept was nice, the rooms ok, the location splendid, facilities good, access to taxi good.
