- The rooms were very spacious and comfortable - Furniture was new, modern and beds were clean - Bathrooms were large, very well kept and had all amenities you could think of - The staff was quite accommodating and professional - They had a focus on being environment friendly which I liked - Got a great deal with letsbookhotel.com. I've been in many places and hotels all over the world.This hotel is among my best 3 hotels I've stayed in during my travel.Near Emirates Palace,Marina Mall,Corniche.The staff were extremely friendly. Sure that all who will stay in the hotel will like it. We loved everything about this hotel, the service, the room, beach, pool. Couldn't fault anything. From the time we got out of the taxi to the time we left we thoroughly enjoyed our stay as all the staff were friendly, helpful, cheerful and polite. great staff extremely supportive (they didn't charged me 2 night I had already booked and I was supposed to pay), brand new hotel with nice pool and beach, wifi a little expensive but very efficient especially if you have to work. breakfast it's 5*!. We liked everything in the hotel. My children enjoyed their time a lot, they didn't even feel bored. Beach, kids pool and playgrounds; all was amazing. The room, breakfast, staff and everything were just great. I've booked & requested a sea view or at least a city view room but they give me a room with a construction view.This was my only annoy. it's a dry hotel. maybe this is not the funniest area of Abu Dhabi but for me worked perfectly as well. No free wifi in the hotel. i would suggest to offer a free WiFi at least in the Lobby. but other than this every thing is perfect. Expensive, unexplained fares on my room reciept. something called "Room Revenue - FIT" costed me over 400 AED for only 1 night in a room by myself!. Nothing, really. 1- wi -fi is not free even in lobby 2- uncomfortable smell from bathroom in our room 3- noise coming from construction works near hotel. The chargeable internet access in their main draw back, specially for their 5 stars standard we would expect it to be complimentary. There was a strange smell in the room ... maybe the humidity ... and the Emirates palace side you can't enjoy it since there is construction .. Constructions sounds are loud. No alcohol drinks. Absolutely nothing. Price for breakfast, was too expensive per person. This is a dry hotel (which may suit some). Lots of families so it was a bit noisy. The staff didnt initially agree to give a one hour late checkout, which indeed they did after some elaborate discussions. Why not agree on the late checkout first only so that no arguments take place. The layout of the breakfast area is not optimized, it let to crowds and bottleneck. The food could be re-arranged to avoid congestion. Due to that reason we only used the breakfast once to avoid the terrible experiences. The chairs in the rooms are getting old, need replacing. I hurt my back several times because the padding on the chairs is worn out and I can feed the wood. A good portion of the non sea view rooms are next to a noisy construction site which sometimes works though the night. -internet was too expensive -towels were of extrememly poor quality -check in and check out procedures were too timely. Not a big issue but this hotel is not that close to things, need a cab to get virtually anywhere. OK as they are cheap but need to plan well as to where to go before you get there. Heat was a factor, in a cooler time of year it may not be quite such an issue. A lot off constructing around, though we were kindly given a quiet room. females walking through main lobby in bikinis - not appropriate in the UAE and it is up to hotel staff to enforce the policy of swimwear in beach/pool areas only. Obviously road in and out. -Not real sea, its a fake steep shore which is very small, dont get fooled by nice photos -they dont have real control over swimming pool, I saw people from outside walking in which makes it crowded. -There was a que on breakfast!! Why? The food was good though. -No water hose for muslims in the toilet!! Strange in uae!. The price is very hight,there was no water pipe for cleaning near the tolite chair ( its important for me ). Far away from shops by foot, nô free wifi. Not enough shop. It was a little difficult to access driving into the property. Charging for internet usage (and very expensive) high food, drink and massage prices. The pool was over crowded. Facing appartment We aspire to a room in the high levels Drink bottle was shaken which bothered me this act Under the bed there is some dirt is not cleaned carefully. No free wifi No alcohol served, although less important than the wifi issue. Poor Internet connection. Bathroom shaving kit and sanctuary kit were not readily available we had to request. Requested for ana extra bed but came only after two reminders. Check in process takes some time. No toilet brush No bathroom fan Poor beach Constructions around Industrial ships route.
