We had a wonderful experience. It is a unique and modern design facility. The Hotel was very clean and the service was extremely good. The breakfast, the pool and the gym -fantastic. Further the hotel offers a good aerial view of the city of Abu Dhabi. The room and other facilities are probably one of the best Spacious and quite romantic design. Staff is very supportive and friendly.

The hotel was luxurious and very quiet. No food variety at all. There is practically one restaurant which is highly over-priced One feels as if the hotel is absolutely isolated in terms of location THe swimming pool and gym are just fine. They wouldn't let us park our own car, even though the valet parked it literally 20 metres away from the entrance. They insisted on going to get it even when we asked if we could just take our keys and get it ourselves...then when we got in the guy stood there outside the car waiting for his tip which made us quite uncomfortable. I have no issues with tipping for good service, but I do have an issue with being pressured into paying someone to walk 20 metres to get a car. The quality of food the very slow service in restaurant ( i mean 18 degree restaurant ). Nothing. very costly room service food very costly internet. it shall be free need to take two lifts to reach room. Nothing. it was a little far from the airport and no shuttle service. only a taxi service. The lunch and dinner menu was the same and did not offer many options. After a few days, i was tired of heating at the restaurant. Very unfortunate considering the high cost. breakfast was just average and for that too expensive. They requested an ID card for every person staying in the rooms which was unnecessary . Other hotels even in Europe only requested the credit card . I think the hotel was a little boring , only a little pool area and one resturant . I don't recommend it for traveler with children. location is a little bit away from city center. Too quiet and empty to the point where u think u ur the only one in it. it was a little far from the main attractions. No shuttle service, only a taxi. There was no many choices of the restaurants. The swimming pool is very small. the swimming pool too much small, to reach the hotel take you time and the entrance not luxury, the restaurant was normal and the breakfast was normal too. Bath, although very attractive to look at was not at all practical in use. Very uncomfortable and difficult to get out of. No modern pay per view films available. Only 1 restaurant so it's either the restaurant or room service. place, options for breakfast food-it's very less!. the TV position inside the room. Bit soulless. We ordered a taxi for a specific time and still had to wait when we went to lobby. We also had warned the restaurant staff that we had to be out for a certain time and ended up wolfing down our food as it arrived just as we had to leave...not great. the room is too hot in the morning. The staff in the reception didn't tell me about the free mini bar which was included in the package. They told me while checking out. I was hurry so I didn't have time to complain about this issue. Staff not experienced enough. Not much of food variety. nothing. Staff service was bad and not proffessional. 2 elevators. The staff is not friendly at all especially at the front desk and the spa. they wanted to charge us breakfast for 150 dhs , while in the letsbookhotel.com it mentioned only 100 dhs , we protested and they finally charged us 116 dhs / person. The ace was very bad.
