  Everything about the Hotel is first class. From the moment we checked in the staff are so friendly and very professional everything was excellent. It was my birthday and we had chocolates left in the room and also a nice touch there had been placed a hot water bottle in the bed. Never had that before.   Couldn't fault anything- staff and Hoteliers were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and clean (with several little 'personal touches') as was the rest of the Guest House and all very tastefully decorated.   Complimentary upgrade - would have been thrilled by any of their rooms. For a romantic break it is heavenly. BEST breakfast - extra touches much appreciated.
