Very good place to stay. Close to the centre of town, very friendly. Lovely breakfast and sitting room, good wifi. Very clean

No wifi in the rooms but this is getting fixed

Good location for visiting the Lakes. Staff were friendly. Nice breakfast. Clean accommodation.

Didn't sleep all night due to a humming noise which I presume was coming from an extractor fan on the floor below which was coming through the mattress! Couldn't get wi-fi as we were on the 3rd floor and out of range

We were greeted by the owner who was very lovely and friendly and showed to our room. The hotel is really nice, excellent rooms, very clean, great shower. The breakfast was lovely and served by very friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone.

This isn't a criticism, we didn't mind but some people may mind, but we were asked to choose what we wanted for breakfast the night before and hand the form in but sometimes you may not know what you want for breakfast at that time but its not a bad thing, the breakfast was lovely and served promptly which i suppose is the point of deciding the night before!

Looked at shops pubs, the view the hotels are lovely boats.

Lovely and clean and comfortable, great breakfasts and good service.

Our second night , myself and my little boy were kept awake most of the night by a baby crying, which can't be helped, but then we could here the conversations of the parents quite clearly so the walls were paper thin in this part of the house. We were shattered all day.

The location

Not sufficient staff to deliver a 4star level of service. The table we sat at for breakfast was only two foot square more suitable for children than adults.
