everything - attention to detail was fantastic. It was off the main road but still quite near to Windermere main street and within decent walking distance of Bowness on Windermere.Excellent room,excellent breakfast,welcoming hosts. Close to towncentre. Owner very friendly. Not enough off road parking. Lack of parking. Short time slot for breakfast,bad parking facilities,towels were notchanged every day.Generally overpriced.

By Car
- Leave the M6 motorway at junction 36 and follow the signs for Kendal and Windermere (A590).
- After about 30-35 minutes you will come to the sign for Windemere town centre.
- Pass through the centre and at the end of the high street turn left into Broad Street.
- Turn left at the T-junction and 1 Park Road is on the corner of Park Road.
There is car parking for 3 (possibly 4) cars and there is unrestricted parking on Park Road.
