  We had room 16 in the Purbeck House section of the hotel. It was areally nice room; very spacious with views over both the bay and thegardens. The staff were, without exception, fantastic, veryaccommodating and helpful. - On arrival they had upgrade us to a superior room

  The room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with lots of lovely home-made produce such as the warm breakfast muffins and jams. I loved having the option of fresh fruit, yogurt and honey for breakfast too. We both followed this with a great Full English with excellent sausage... what people say » s and bacon - full of taste and locally sourced. - Very friendly owners, we were made to feel very welcome and at home. Facilities are excellent and spotlessly clean. As a veggie it is a luxury to have soya milk provided in the room and options for breakfast (which was excellent, as was the full English) We only stayed one night so didn't have time to use the spa facilities but would definately return for a longer stay and make use then.

  An excellent B&B. Lovely and clean, with good facilities. We arrived on the wrong day, but the owner found us a room and also made the necessary on-line changes. Really central to town too. - Breakfast was excellent and catered for celiacs. Fresh fruit and beautifully served and cooked.   We booked two twin rooms at the pines and stayed for just two nights as we were travelling. We were telephoned by the hotel management before we left our home,as they very kindly made us aware that they had workman doing essential workoutside on the cliff edge and and beach area which was directly outside the window of our hotel room. The rooms were clean with excellent facilites insid - This hotel offers very good value for money as well as excellent food and service. I was given an upgrade from single to double room without having to ask and a nice table in the restaurant overlooking the bay. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly which is really important if you are a single traveller. There was building work going on in the garden but the hotel e-mailed me beforehand to tell me about this, which gave me the opportunity to cancel if I wished to do so. I am gland that I

  My and my bf visited Swanage on the way to Bournemouth. By accident I had booked 2 places in a male dorm for us and only realised it upon the arrival. At 10pm I was facing a horrible vision of sleeping rough on the street !!! I was petrified - how will I find a place when all the places around have been booked?
