  Stayed in room 7. No view as it faced the back of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Slept well. There was live music and quite a bit of noise at the bar so I was concerned that it would be noisy in the room. In fact, the room was quiet and we slept well. Appreciated the apple, shortbread, and tea in the room. Breakfast was delicious. Nice p... what people say » orridge. Staff was friendly and provided me with a lovely route to run in the morning. - Have to say a big thanks to the lady who manages the Argyll, sorry, didn't get your name. I had made a mistake and booked a day later than we actually arrived, for a one night stopover on our way to Lewis. The hotel was full, but the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Great service - we will definitely stay there next time we are in Ullapool.

  We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was out when when arrived but we were greeted by a delightful neighbor and a friendly note was left at the door for us, nice touch, thank you. The presentation of the breakfast was outstanding. It was obvious that the owner delighted in preparing and presenting a gourmet experience.
