Good location, close to Torquay centre had parking facilities at rear of hotel and parking at front of hotel which was very good as difficult to park in Torquay centre. No need for use of car as if you enjoy walking you could easily walk into Paignton where there is lots to do! - the hotel was in walking distance of everything like places to eat have a drink and go shopping or go down to the sea front and harbour.

Lovely cosy room, good atmosphere, good proximity to main shopping area and right next to the 12A and 12C bus stop to go to Bygones, Model Village and Cliff railway. Excellent location.
