I liked everything, they were very welcoming and as I was travelling alone I felt very relaxed there. The room was large and comfy and the dining room was most welcoming. I only had breakfast at the hotel but this was very nice. - Very friendly and service was excellent. All the facilities were excellent and the hotel was in a good location.

The breakfast was excellent (which could be pre-ordered or chosen in the morning). Chris and Janet could not have been more helpfull. The extra large towels were so soft. I would recommend this hotel to all as there were families and business people there and all seemed to be very happy chatting with each other.

From the moment we got there to when we left we were made to feel welcome. Friendly atmosphere, calm and casual, and very professional. The room was brilliantly clean; the breakfast is one of the best I have had away from home. Great hosts, great hotel, thank you Chris, Kerry, and Yvonne. This will be our first choice hotel to stay at in the Torbay area from now on.

The room we stayed in was a gold room, clearly refurbished to a high standard. Luxurious room with a view out over the gardens and down to the sea. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Ideally placed for a five minute walk down into the harbour where there is a range of bars and clubs. There is a slight hill walk down and back up to the hotel but we didnt find it that bad although it could be for the less agile. All in all a fantastic stay and we will definitely stay again.
