It was nice to have a comfortable place to sit and chat with friends and a lovely garden to sit in too. We thoroughly enjoyed our nights stay at the hotel.   liked teh restaurant great choice. the rooms where very spacious and teh biggest bed i have ever slept in, bathroom was great with really deep bath, flat screen Tv in room was also great with a good choice of channels, liked breakfast great choice and good price would highly recomend - Super room, lots of space, excellent bed size (work zone double... what people say » ). Girl on desk was the most efficient and pleasant I have seen in a long time and I travel a lot (3 hotels in the past week); the remainder were unfailingly helpful and pleasant too.

  What a pleasant surprise. We booked this hotel because it had an offer "Best deal" and needed an overnight stay at Stansted. Even though the hotel is ideally situated close to the airport and the M4 no noise could be heard. Brekfast is offered but it has also a great service building right next to it with fast food restaurants, Starbucks and a sup... what people say » ermarket. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and courteous. The room and the bathroom were large and the bed comfortable. Definite - I was here to attend a wedding a few miles away and so none of your above categories fit at all so I had to pick a box and chose mountains as this is the most unsuitable.The staff were very helpful and although I arrived before official check in time I( was able to check in straightaway. It was a hot day but the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly.The helpful receptionist phoned for a taxi for me.

  The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The local knowledge of the reception staff on arrival and the guidance given by phone, to find the hotel from LUTON AIRPORT was excellent - suprisingly noisy in the room facing the main road although we were a fair distance from the road and the road was only an A road .

  I booked this hotel as my son was getting married and I needed a convenient base for the family. It worked out very well and the hotel staff were extremely helpful, friendly, pleasant and patient with us. The 2 bedroom apartment which is separate from the old part of the hotel is quite modern, very comfortable and well laid out with everything n... what people say » ecessary for a weekend stay - although you could easier stay there for a week or two. The rooms in the actual hotel are also comfortable and quite la - Enjoy the hundreds of years old wooden quirky White Hart for what it is. It is not a modern concrete square hotel. You will be pushed to find a flat floor upstairs as the oak beams have bowed with time. Very nice staff and helpful, always most busy. Nice selection of meals, cooked correctly and serviced well. Nice to visit again and again..
