  This hotel was amazing! We stayed there during the blizzard weather and the staff (especially reception) were super helpful and accommodating, updating us on the whole shut down situation with ferries etc. Reception even found us a lift down to the port amongst all the closed roads and madness! Great food (especially the chicken kiev), facilities ... what people say » and super comfy beds, Stay here. - Staff were very helpful, in particular the restaurant staff, great service both morning and evening for breakfast and first evening meal. Spa was also very good and the lady who helped me extremely helpful and kind. Loved the fact that there were FRESH flowers on the tables, how very nice.

  We thought the staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent and so was the breakfast. - The staff were friendly and helpful. It was also comfortable. I liked the thoughtful extras like a small bottle of water in the room. Also the room was a nice size for use... what people say » as a single.

  What is there not to like? The staff are simply brilliant - it's really nice to be recognised and addressed by name. We had a great room with a sea view. The bars are very good as are the restaurants and yes you really must try the Governors Indian cuisine at its best!! We could go on - best thing to do is to go and try this hidden gem in the Chan... what people say » nel Islands - Excellent facilities, great service and good food. A good selection of places to eat and drink and nice outdoor seating areas as well as a pool. Very much a luxury hotel which we could not fault, except for the location which was our choice.

  The room was good size very clean and fresh and the hotel food was great .I stay in hotels every week and this was one of the best stays I have experienced will be back .thanks to all the staff - The health suite and early check in. The breakfast was very good too.
