We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.   Went as a group of two couples and one single person for an overnight stay prior to a day at Chelsea Flower Show.The staff were extremely helpful when I phoned with a few questions prior to booking. The rooms and shower facilities were clean, with clean bedding and large bath-towels! Luggage storage before and afte - Reasonable price, excellent location near Victoria and easy to find. The room was nice. Comfy bed, tv in room, clean. Breakfast was ok - toast (they could top this up more), croissants, cereal, yoghurt, tinned fruit, coffee machine, staff were friendly when I was making a mess! Free wifi in my room even in the attic, tea tray which was nice. They had an iron which was good. Excellent hairdryer.
