  The owners were very helpful and suggested some interesting things to see nearby. Lots of leaflets and dining ideas provided too. They definitely enhanced our stay and made us want to revisit the area for longer next time! Great location- 2mins walk to the sea, food options nearby. Free parking at the front of the property. Will definitely stay again. - The proprietors were very welcoming and friendly and very helpful when my mother became ill whilst we were staying there. The room was very clean and furnished with a modern taste. There was a good amount of tea, coffee, milk etc and a couple of small touches such as a chocolate and some biscuits made it feel special. The breakfast was well cooked and served promptly.

  The owners are very nice and very accommodating. They really couldn't do enough for us. The location was literally 1 minute walk to the sea front and although you cannot park directly outside the hotel, the car park is round the corner (max 2 minute walk). Breakfast was delicious. Good size full English, with tea/coffee and toast, plus cereals and... what people say » fruit juices and fruit. As for the room, we booked the superior room. Bed was comfy, and the power shower was great. There is a decent sized fridge i - the warm and friendly welcome from both Lisa & Chris. Breakfast was fantastic. not only was our room was spotless but so was the rest of the B&B, bedroom was very comfortable. B&B is only a 4 minute walk from the beach. great places to visit locally and further afield, great local places to eat.

  I thought the hotel was superb. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was exelent. I also liked the fact that the front door was locked at all times but every quest was given a key - The friendliness of the staff. They were very obliging, and gave us good information.

  The hosts, Mick and Hazel , have developed an excellent Guest House in Paignton.. I received a very warm and friendly welcome when I arrived. The accommodation was well equipped and perfectly maintained, with a comfortable bed, tea / coffee available in the room as well as a large amount of storage space for clothes etc. A good shower / bathroom... what people say » with soaps, shampoos ... and proper towels! Breakfast had plenty of choice, was well prepared and served very quickly and efficiently. The idea of - Clean comfortable relaxing friendly excellent location in relation to amenities run by a lovely helpfull couple who could not do enough for you, breakfast was excellent. facilities were excellent sun lounge where you could watch the cricket match on the field next door. would recommend this place to everyone,Mike and Hazel madke you feel like one of their friends
