  The hotel was lovely and very clean. The staff were very helpful regarding parking and actually managed to reserve a parking space for us. I would definatley be returning next year. - relatives were staying at a nearby hotel and we were able to spend time with them

  I booked this quite late after having a browse on the letsbookhotel.com, I read some reviews, looked at the location and was great. I got a txt on the day of arrival to ask when I was going arrive (nice touch) and when arrived felt very welcoming. The lodge is well decorated, clean, and they've even got a friendly dog. Breckfast was good. They... what people say » even filled up my flask for two days and provided a 'take away' breckfast as I left early on the day of departure. I stay in a lot of different plac - Room and facilities were fantastic, great shower, very comfortable bed, light clean room with plenty of areas for clothes to go, owners were the best part, were helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to make your stay more comfortable, even gave my friend a lift to the wedding, if we were going to miss breakfast they gave little take away breakfast bag. Would stay here again.

  Booked this B&B at the last minute for a 5 night stay in Newquay. We were delighted with our choice. Our room was tastefully decorated, very clean, comfortable, light and airy. Location is ideal as near enough for a short walk to Newquay centre and several beaches but far enough away to be very peacef - Very comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful owners, very welcoming.   Location was excellent, 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes from town. Stunning views of the beach and golf club from balcony rooms. Bed incredibly comfortable. Easy hotel parking too, for £10. Cheaper than parking anywhere else and can leave car parked up for the whole stay as everything in walking distance. Staff lovely and friendly. All in all we had a VERY relaxing and enjoyable stay, we will certa - Awesome historic building overlooking the sea but don't be put off. Room was very modern, heated bathroom floor and the best shower I've ever been in. Clearly renovated recently. Restaurants were good, great breakfast (overlooking the ocean) and dinner. Friendly enough staff. Little expensive but not overpriced. Would stay here again.

THE cleanest rooms I have seen in my 30+ years of travelling (and that includes staying frequently in 5 star hotels). Very friendly owners and staff. Extremely nice breakfasts. Will be staying there again when I need to visit that part of the country.
