City Warehouse isn't like those other over priced apartments where you're too scared to move incase they keep your ridiculous security deposit- as soon as you step through the apartment door you feel at home, nice soft carpet, everything was clean, all the utensils you could need, plenty of soft clean towels &extra duvets/pillows in the cupboard. The tv was a lovely size, there was an iPod docking station &a CD player. On the corner of Oldham Street it's a 5 minute walk to the town cent.
all reviews » The whole experience was excellent!the staff were hyper friendly and helpful,the one bed apartment was very big and I could have been on a spacious bungalow ,not a flat! So nice to be a able to open windows and let some air in! Not to noisy considering the location but some back ground humming of the street sounds! Coming from the country,this is of Course going to be noticeable but would certainly not deterred From staying again! I'm fact ,I will def use these apartments regulatory!. The rooms were very clean and they were stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was also very quiet considering its location and also we heard no noise from other guests which was a bonus. It was lovely to stay in Manchester and have somewhere so clean, tidy and modern as I have had a few bad experiences with Manchester hotels. Cannot speak highly enough. I have recommended these aparments to my friend for staying at for her hen party weekend. Was completely shocked by the size and standard of the apartment. For the money it was excellent, and furnished well with everything you'd need. Location is a little misleading as the area looks run down and dangerous but it's really not.... It's just the Bohemian part of Manchester where all the cool bars and clubs are. Staff were polite and helpful and had good knowledge of the area and free Wi-Fi was a bonus!. 1.The location was fantastic, we came for a concert at the men Arena and it was minutes walk. 2. My sister and I had booked a 1 bedroom apartment but were given a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment. 3. The beds were very comfy. 4. The staff printed off my sisters boarding pass for her return flight to Ireland with no hassle & no charge. 5. Hairdryers provided in both bedrooms. Very modern apartments with all the amenities you would want eg hairdryer and cooking utensils. Perfect location from the men arena... About £4 in a taxi! The staff are very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment was very modern- the pictures are an accurate reflection of the apartment. everything was more than perfect! the whole flat was amazing, clean and cosy. all the shops were very close aswell didnt want to leave the apartment at all! we will deffinately be coming back more often! all the staff were super friendly and polite! fantastic place cant fault it one bit! :). TV radio. dvd player are not available every where. also, free wifi is another important service. value for money and strongly reccomend. The appartment was well planned and everything that we needed for our stay was in place. The apartment was absolutely perfect for a night out in Manchester. Clean, spacious and well stocked. The stuff is increadibly helpful and kind. The apartment we got was exactly the same as shown in the pictures, clean, well equiped, comfortable. I strongly recommend you to book while being in Manchester. The establishment is within walking distance to the Phones 4 u arena. The appartment was quite big, it had an iphone dock, two convertible couches and a big bed. We arrived at night and the staff was very helpful, recommended us a nice little curry house close by. Very good location, easy access when arriving from outside the city, the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped and very clean. Although the hotel is on a main street the apartment is quiet. The staff is very accommodating and accessible. The rooms were a perfect size , and the bathroom very clean. Very clean too!. Everything was great. For 9 Irish lads we got on great with everything and everyone in the staff. Would definitely stay next time in Manchester again. Nothing at all. 1. The lighting in the lounge/kitchen area was not very good (too dull). 2. No dishwasher 3. No dishcloth (maybe there usually is & it was just missing?). The sofa bed really wasn't very comfortable but suppose they never are!. Nothing, it was all good. We stayed in the appartment during hot weather which meant that it was necessary to have the windows open as the appartment became very hot and stuffy. The situation of the building is next to a very busy road so it was unavoidably noisy ( heavy traffic noise) most of the time. However we did request fans which were suplied. This helped a little. there was no parking left so we had to park across the road which wasn't as safe, however parking wasn't promised so it certainly isn't their fault. Nothing. For hot water you need to wait 20 minutes for the water baloon to heat up the water. The entrance is just a door so we didn't see it at first. The entrance is through a small door and hard to find it. Hotel should add instructions on the order form of the hotel. We called the hotel and they guided us how to get there. Unable to park the vehicle in front of the hotel to unload luggage. There is paid parking nearby. Bit difficult getting the key the door, lock a bit stiff. Shower head too high, hardly to get. Toilet flush only acceptable standard. The price was a little high. Would have liked to have access earlier and a slightly later checkout. Maybe from 2pm until 11am. There were only 6 dining chairs and 8 stayed!. The bathroom could be a little cleaner And there was a draft in the bathroom in our room (104) which made it really cold. This is nothing against The City Warehouse Apartments, but the nearest car park only takes coins, which without knowing beforehand causes a problem, particularly if like we were, you are staying over 24 hours. nothing. Only issue was that the water took ages to drain from the sink and shower therefore I was left standing in ankle high water, meaning there must be an issue with the drains. Could do with bath screen being wider had to put towel on floor when in shower . nothing. Nothing, everything was brilliant. There was nothing to dislike. Bathroom smelt slightly musty. To be honest nothing, it suited what we want to have from a stay in Manchester 100%. Was happy with everything. There was a strange smell of cannabis in the hall way. Sofa beds uncomfortable and not suitable for adult (or tall child) sleeping. Found hotel with help of GPS. Couldn't believe the outside!! What an awful area!! We drove around the block a few times - upset and weary - met the manager super nice and helpful!! Bedsofas not so comfy. There was a fair amount of noise from the traffic below, but being situated on a large street in the city centre, that's to be expected, and the location makes up for it. Nothing. Nothing!!!. Locating the apartment block was a bit of a struggle with taxi drivers as they didn't seem to know where it was.

The City Warehouse Apartment Hotel will charge a refundable security deposit of between GBP 50 and GBP 300, depending on apartment type and number of guests staying in the apartment on check-in. Security deposits must be pre-authorised on to a valid credit or debit card and is released back by the hotel on the day of check out. Deposits may take between 3-5 working days to be released back on to guests available balance. Guests should be made aware that they should contact the apartments if they are booking more than one apartment as part of a group, even if reservations are made in different names to request that the apartments are placed as close together as possible, subject to availability.
