We stayed in the hotel part but met backpackers in the bar. It was clean, friendly and in an easy spot to get around with buses and tube stop within a 3 minute walk. Kettle in the room for the morning coffee was appreciated greatly. Really pleasantly surprised for what they charge. Highly recommended for the budget conscious traveller that still wants somewhere clean and nice to sleep. Firendly and helpful staff; clean and safe enviroment; convenient transportation facilities are nearby; easy to reach the attractions of London like Hidy Park, Kensington gardens Park, oxford circles...; In my opionion, it's just the best one I have stayed in UK during my trip this time; Very good value for money!.

There are tables & chairs outside to sit & watch all the beautiful people, little shops across the road for food & drink & essentials & the park 1 min away, Great price & great staff. + Location. It's just excellent! A district is perfect (tube is just 2 streets away from hostel). Very quiet in the evenings. + Staff was also great and helpful. + Price was good. + Beds and rooms were clean. + It was quiet in hostel at nights. + We were given a free maps of London. The affordability. Staff were happy and friendly despite it being very early in the morning. The shower is in the room you use and clean. People I shared the room with were polite and friendly. 1.Near to the two tubes station which is Queensway & Baywaters. 2. Convenient stores are nearby 3. Pub & Bistro for evening chill are nearby too. Good place (near to underground stations), good staffs (especially the new one), good and clean bedding, good breakfast, for a very reasonable price!. I liked the staff primarily because they were very helpful throughout my 3 day stay. I also liked the distance of the attractions to the hotel. Staffs are all very helpful BREADFAST IS VERY NUTRITIOUS MATTRESS IS VERY COMFORTABLE,JUST SIMILAR SLEEPING IN MY OWN HOUSE. The staff was very nice, the room clean and quiet. It has been a pleasure to stay there and we would come back at any time. It was just what we expected. We knew it was going to be basic but it was both clean, comfortable with friendly staff,. The location is amazing, the staff was great, the whole place was really clean and the breakfast was good. It was cheap. The accommodations were modest, but it was an excellent value. Clean sheets, comfortable solid / stable bunk Friendly , helpful staff. - Staff was very friendly and helped me check if the beds were occupied when it wasn't clear. - Toilet was well kept and surprisingly very clean but that depended on your roommates obviously. Location is great and the fact that the beds have curtains next to the bed is good since it gets dark. Receipents were really nice and kind. Lpcation is also perfect. The main thing I liked about this place is its location. Also, it's fairly quiet outside. Don't forget your earplugs anyway, you might get noisy room mates. Though staff is quite helpful against those, at least they get a warning. No point in complaining about breakfast, it was okay. You can't expect a wide variety of food for the price you pay. Cheap laundry. I didn't expect breakfast for that money but it was good enough. Good location near to bus and tubes. It is only two stations to Oxford street. The toilet in our room was having issues but I'm sure it was just a maintenance issue that has probably been fixed already. The room is a little bit small. - Poor breakfast and a little space in breakfast room. - There could be more sockets on the walls (in our room we had only 2 for 6 people, and this is nowadays when each person has a phone, ipod, e-book, dryer). - There were no sockets in bathroom at all. - It would be great to have a possibility to hang coats somewhere on the wall. Nothing negative to report. You pay for the towel but that is standard I imagine. Shower not working properly. not enough information I got from the staff about facilities that we get, no shampoo and no soap in the bathroom :(. I didnt like the breakfast but what do you expect for that cheap of A stay. Bathroom soap is too small SHAMPOO IS TOO LITTLE<10CC. Nothing really except beds too short for anyone taller than 6 foot!. The rooms are quiete small. 10 pound upfront deposit (come with money) the exchange rate when leaving was abysmal (1 pound = 1 Euro) London is expensive, but its a lovely city. Could not sit up straight in bottom bunk. Not enough room for everyone's luggage. Window needs curtain. Lift did not serve 2 of the floors. Radiator was far too hot in the room-had to sleep with window open. There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom that we could not get rid of. Comfort of the bunk beds. Breakfast. Nothing. -Location was quite a long walk from the tube. - I had creepy nightmare of the room itself on that very night. :( - Roommate was very inconsiderate, kept playing with her phone the whole night, I could hear tapping away at the screen. Annoying!. There is no towel rentals; therefore you can only buy a towel and cost 5 pounds. Security and Cleannss are not that good. Noisy Road outside No curtain at windiest so light shone in all night Breakfast started at 7.30 too late for me I left at 7am. No electric plug at each bed. It necessary for smartphone. Toilet and bathroom is quite small. 1) Our room was on the third floor and because of this we couldn't get wi-fi signal. 2) For some reasons our TV didn't work as well. We informed Frontdesk about this issue but nobody fixed it. 3) Breakfast could be better. there was a party at night, and it was so so noisy, and very unluckily, I had some terrible roommates who made a lot of noise even at 1.30 am. I slept so bad. Beds too short, and tripple decker bunks very creaky everytime anyone turned over. Extra 5 pounds for a towel! Missing curtains in my bed. 9 bed dorms. clarifications needed: when they say it includes linen it doesnt mean towel as well. the sign outside doesnt say "smart hyde park view" its says somthing gardens which made it very confusing to find them. The brakfast is not good and the rooms are coold . Tripledeckers are nasty and shaky; you feel every movement of people sharing it with you. Also, you can't sit upright on the lower deck. Staff is not aware of Wi-Fi password. Dining area is just too small for all the tables standing there. Only two sockets in a room for 6 people. One of them was loose. There is only two el outlet in the 9 bed's room. Everybody in the room shares only one of them cus another one busy with element. Very poor and sensative floor. There is no private lamp at the bed. You should turn on room's lamp inorder to find something. Hostel charges 0,5£ if you pay with debit card and if you pay with credit card they charge 3£. WiFi didn't connected in the room. It works well in dining room or in the lobby. Noise from other guests, bathroom fan didn't work so whole room steamed up when anyone showered. Had to pay extra for locker in room. Desk staff seemed indifferent and unfriendly. Bunk bed was in front of huge bay window with no curtain, so no external privacy or darkness; also free standing so shook every time other guest moved. Breakfast was in tiny basement, 7:30-9:30am, cornflakes, milk, toast and jam. toilet is unacceptable, poor room ventilation and uncomfortable to sleep! my blanket is unacceptable infact, I didn´t use it at all!. very small dorm. the bed was too short to stretch. stains in the bathroom. staff was not that friendly, and seems always bothered by your questions. dirty, noisy, bad staff, uncomfortable beds, dirty old bathroom, etc ...
