Appartment had excellent facilities. The passcode protected information that was provided on how to access the buidling and ammenities was easy to follow giving me a sense of security. Extremely well kept facility. Five minute accessibility to restaurants, transportation and supermarkets was the highest point for our family of four.Ability to cook for myself. Great location - good standard of accommodation. Flexibility, privacy, simplicity, location, very little street noise.nice location. The convenience to where we were staying. It was very quiet at night. A lot of the furniture in the living room and bedrooms was good. The access was private and secure- even if the gate was a little slow. The 24 hours emergency phoneline.No, just a small oversite when the hotel staff showed up to service the room as a check out two days earlier. Can you put a mirror next to a plug to enable 'hairdrying'?. the window didnt stay open so the room felt a bit stuffy. Only a recommendation - dead light bulbs in bedrooms and living room needed replacing and smell of bleach on arrival in apartment was a bit overpowering!. you should change the lock of the door. took ages to lock/open the door every time I went out or come back. We stayed there for 8 nights. Throughout the period we realised that the utensils provided in the kitchen were totally inadequate for cooking with. We did not want to eat out every night so this made our choice of meals at home limited. The windwos in many of the rooms did not stay open which meant the air was stale in the flat. The bed matresses had seen better days. The bedding was poor. We booked a one bedroom appartment with deluxe facilities (that was the description in site) and ended up in a studio with a sofa bed i.e. no proper bed in place. Although we immendiately called letsbookhotel.com and MiNC they did not manage to accomodate the problem.
