The hotel is small but familiar, very clean and confortable. The staff was very helpfull and the price is great for the location. very clean, friendly staff, very helpful, good breakfast, small dining room but led to mixing with other guests. The hotel staff is very nice and easily approachable. The location is very near to the tube station, I used only 3 minutes to look for the hotel.

The stuff was nice and helpful. Hotel is being redecorated now but it was not a problem for us. We just wanted to sleep and wash there.I didn't stay there, but my parents did and were quite happy regarding the price. Good breakfast, cosy room,quiet, well nothing wrong but don't expect a 5 star either. The room I had was one of a few that had been renovated it was basic, cheap, but fine although the renovation programme is self-funding so it could end up being like painting the Fourth Bridge! It seems like the stairs are a little bit noisy/cracking when people go up and down, apart from that no complains. My immediate impression was that I would have to sleep standing up! Don't book in here if you are claustrophobic! Could have used a restaurant, especially for breakfast but there are plenty very close by that are just fine.Loud street noise, not a great neighborhood to be in alone at night, showers were floor blow room. - The family-room was rather small (but OK for tourists who are sightseeing all day). It is too noisy because of thin walls and old doors. The WC and showers are shared. It was quite run down and the toilet on our floor wasn't working properly. The rooms are small and if other guests are noisy, it is very easy to hear them as the walls were very thin.our room was damp and small. The hotel was rather shabby and needed upgrading. There was no soundproofing and every time somebody walked about upstairs or came in to their room there were doors banging and the whole room shook really badly.the breakfast arrangements. The hotel seemed a bit dirty and very unfinished and the smell in the bedroom stank of domestic products to cover up a bad smell, probably the start of damp.The quality of the room was shabby, the breakfast choice was poor quality. The hotel was more like 1 star than anything higher. The mattress on the bed was of poor quality, you could feel every spring. We checked another hotel nearby and this was cleaner, more comfortable and £10 per day cheaper.

At the corner of Belgrove and Euston Road there is a Barclays bank. BY AIR: From Heathrow: Take the Piccadilly Underground Line direct to King's Cross station. From Gatwick & Luton: Take the train to King's Cross Thameslink. From Stansted: Take the train to Liverpool Street Station, then the Tube to King's Cross. FROM KING'S CROSS ST. PANCRAS UNDERGROUND/TRAIN STATION: Take the Euston Road South exit towards Camden Town Hall. You should come out in front of the Post Office. Belgrove Street, located between Barclays Bank and the Post Office, will lead you to Argyle Square - we are in the corner. FROM KING'S CROSS THAMESLINK STATION: Exit the station and turn left. At the Scala (first corner) turn left and walk to the traffic lights. Cross Gray's Inn Road and enter St Chadd Street (Jazz Mole). This will bring you to Argyle Square - cross the square and we are in the opposite corner. FROM EUSTON STATION: Take the Victoria Underground Line to King's Cross (one stop). Alternatively, buses 10 and 73 from Euston stop at King's Cross. You could also walk along Euston Road towards King's Cross - approximately 10 minutes.
