Apartment looked brand new. Good bathroom with amenities provided,
lounge, full kitchen & dining areas. Bedroom with queen bed and
small wardrobe, one pedestal and lamp. Spacious and well appointed.
Sofabed in lounge. Clean linen supplied. Convenient to bus and
underground. Secure building. This is a very nice apartment which needs
a little 'tweaking' to be top notch.

Serviced seemed to mean only before we arrived - no service thereafter
with no fresh towels etc for 8 day stay. Bedroom needed chest of drawers
or extra pedestal. No side lamps in living room. Stove needs English
instructions. Small items missing such as veg peeler, dish cloths (I
bought 3 for room), odd glasses, amounts of cutlery etc. Bath needs anti-
slip mat/grab handle for showering. On leaving apartment I could get
no instructions for my contact number of how to hand over the key.
Difficult to contact staff due to poor mobile services.i am staying at the basement and have to go up and out of the building in order to contact the staff.
