The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfy and spotless, and the location was extremely convenient for public transport. I stayed here three times over 7 weeks and each time I had a positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who was looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay. Situated in nice quiet and safe surroundings, the hotel itself was very well kept and had old English charm in decorations and details. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and pleasant. Near to Bayswater tube station, and many busses passes through the nearest street.all reviews »
I was a solo traveller but they only had doubl room left, location, obliging staff,. Very cosy hotel ,extremely clean and safe.We will definitely stay there again.nice rooms, comfortable beds, great/quiet location, a great value for london!. The hotel is in an excelent and quiet location in Bayswater, 200m fromthe (yellow) Subway Central Line that gives access almost to the entirecity. Location is a very international area, shopping centre 1 minute away. Plenty of restaurants in this area. It was very central and easy to get to the tube, also eating area close. The decline in the American dollar made the hotel very expensive for a one to two star hotel. maybe the decoration was old school but very nice because i was with family, so it was typical!!!. the breakfast got a little boring during the week, and the coffee could be better. But overall it was fine!. extra pillow and blanket.Grumpy staff in the breakfast room. The breakfast room is in the basement and not very pleasant.Small rooms. rooms are small. breakfast in basement. No bar.The beds were harder than I expected. The family room was quite small (one large room with one double and twosingle beds). Breakfast was from 7.00 to 9.30 and I'd strongly suggestmaking it to 10.00.The breakfast was a bit poor, not too much choice. no bar. British breakfast to be charged extra. Included in the hotel price is only toasts, jam. There could be coffee etc in all rooms and the bathroom arrangements for basic rooms should be on every floor,not 2nd and 1st out of 5 floors.

Kensington Gardens Square is the third little street on your right hand side, just opposite the garden square.
