it was so close to the tube station and within walking distance to alot of sights, i also liked that there was cooking facilities in the room. Convienient, great kitchen facilities, very cleaver use of space (fold up bed!). Convinenance!!! Tube is literally 2/3 mins away and the rooms areamazing!!!. Excellent front desk staff, clean rooms, relaxing atmosphere.

Barbican underground stop only a few minutes walk from the hotel, making the location central for other stops. The facilities in the apartment where to a resonably high standard. Perhaps a small welcome pack would have been good however the late shop over from the hotel sold everything needed. Sofa bed folded down to a king-sized bed which was very sturdy and easy to fold down and fold back again. The bathroom had a bath/shower, ideal if you like baths and there was even a DVD player and dishwasher along with a microwave that could grill. Becuase they are long-stay suites, they are well appointed with equipment. The rooms are in very good condition. Close to St. Paul's, Staff was helpful and polite, nothing to complain about what so ever!. we have got exactly what we were looking for. Location, convenient for center of Londonl. The room was very cozy and self content. Relatively large room in a very central location in London, close to e.g. the London St. Pancras International Trainstation.Having a good fridge and cooking facilities. The location in Barbican is about 30 min. walk to West End/Soho so it is not that far away from the city center,. Great compact room, excellent for a business stay. Ease of location to underground station. Location. I will go back because it is peaceful and reasonably priced but vistors should be told that all rooms have sofa beds. However it was not such a huge problem. Staff were great. Friendly helpful staff. It was local to where i had to go, i.e. walking distance to th conference i was atending. The location. Pillows were very soft and only 2 of them, had to pay if you required more.Room not made up every day.Far too few TV channels. Full english breakfast was advertised but unavailable at hotel. Whilst reasonable compared to a lot of hotels price-wise it still is a little out of central London so I'd have liked a deal of around £70-80 on a website offering discounted deals. The rooms are quite small but this is not really a criticism as I would not expect more in that location at that price. Yes. The picture of the room was somehow misleading as it looked bigger than it actually was. Lift door closed too fast, and too forcibly, I have a huge bruise on my arm. No, everything was fine. Good selection of towels, soap etc. Tea making equipment. We were only staying overnight and so were unable to use all the cooking items but good to see what was provided. It was a bit cramped when we put the two beds out from the sofa.the views of room were somewhat exaggerated compared with the reality!. No room service apart from external provider.the bed is soso. Laundromat services were too expensive. no conventional oven in apartment - only microwave. Bed pretty poor, no air conditioning and the night was very hot. Therefore we got little sleep. Would make a better bet in Winter. Mentioned all this to the Hotel reception when we checked out.bed pulled out from wall, very small room. this was not mentioned in description before we booked. No duvet. Carpet was very badly stained. Would suggest that you provide more toiletries there was two of us and we only had one shower gel and shampoo between us.Make sure you have the price from the web with you. At first I was told a different price when I arrived, but another person from the staff was able to find the correct price after a little while. Also concerning f.ex. gym, make sure you have a print where it is told if it is included in the price. The staff did not assist in placing luggage in the holding room when we arrived.First room we were given had not been cleaned (toe nails on floor) but we were immediately moved when we complained and new room was fine. Rooms are not cleaned/made up every day during stays. I have been double charged £188 for the pleasure!. The room was uncomfortably hot and had a bad odour which made it diffcult to sleep. We where booked for Citadine Barbican. One day bevor travelling toLondon they told us they where overbooked and that we had to move toTrafalgar Square. The first room they have given us was very dark in themezzanine floor and very noisy. And I don´t like the Sofabed. The roomis too small for two people. But it is ok if you like cooking in yourlittle kitchen avoiding the expencive restaurants. shower not working. There was only a single blanket, apart from the sheets, on the fold-open bed, so I was cold, and even contemplated sleeping fully clothed.See above re provision of sofa-bed.
