we had an upgrade to an appartement suite for the same price as a 2 persons hotelroom. With lots of space (2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, seperate living room). Although on street side it was very quiet. And close to the underground (5 min walk). The room layout had been carefully thought through so that everything was easily accessible and, it was very well equipped, and very clean. Breakfast excellent,staff very helpfull.

We arrived at noon, two hours prior to time, however they accepted us and we were also shown an available suite at same price. we opted for a suite which was very comfortable, clean and had all the amentiies. in kitchen we also found cereals, juice, tea, coffe, milk etc and besides we were also able to get the breakfast in the nearby hotel. Team members that work there- very helpfull, pleasant, room- amazing, spacious, clean. Location- just outside congestion charging zone- very convenient.We liked the fact that it was close to all the amenities the free wifi the free on site parking was a bonus. We just could not fault the hotel Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful.Appreciated the FREE Cappuccino and Hot Drinks available in reception all day. The hotel was very clean and good value for money.practical locations for visiting relatives. Very clean, comfortable, location great - 5 mins walk to tube.Staff were excellent. A basic hotel but reasonable. I liked the cleanliness of our room the best.The hotel is conveniently located on main bus routes. The room was ok and bathroom was recently renovated. Free parking was an added attraction and with plenty os spaces. Breakfasts were reasonable and included in the room rate. If there is one small thing that I can mention here: although breakfast is included in room rate, you need to pay extra if you want some bacon or a sausage ...We would of liked bacon with our breakfast instead of having to pay extra. only vegetarian cooked breakfast, meat costs extra, but enough to get you well fed!. room is relatively small, but contains everything you need. Access to parking was tricky and the room was quite noisy despite the double glazing.The heating in the bedroom was too high. It is not on the road it says it is , the GPS location is not the same it makes finding the hotel in the car tricky. My only gripe was that we asked what time breakfast was- the man on reception said " i think between 9-11", He said to check in our room.I assumed that he would be right so didnt worry about checking the info. We were in a hurry as I had my sisters engagement party and were running late due to traffic. We got back very late set our alarm and got to breakfast at 10. Hotel was having alot of building work done . Televisions not good reception. Bar lounge would have been nice.breakfast. Breakfast tables a bit close together for my liking, but I suppose there is not much that can be done about this. There appear to be improvements underway at the back of the Hotel.Dining area too small. Single room very small, no double glazing meant windows were drafty and room noisy.Shower poor; no real shower head. Windows very thin and could hear the traffic. No seperate bar area. No lift.Charged £1.25 for bacon and sausage rest of breakfast in the price. Bar and restaurant area not very good. My guests couldn't wait for a table at breakfast. We stayed in an annex and not the main part of the hotel. There was avery strange smell in the hall. Like old chip fat. That would put us offstaying again.I did not like the reception and breakfast area being in the same area. Also the arrogance and the irritation of the receptionist on arrival. I would first like to park my car, unpack etc. All she wanted was for me to pay my bill, and to explain the rules of the hotel. This amounted to my being told the time of breakfast!. Renovation work was taking place so some parts of the hotel were still awaiting their new coat of paint or replacement. The main entrance for instance looked very tired and tatty. Breakfast bacon wasn't particularly appetising as it must have been cooked hours before being served and also charged for.
