The location is really good. It takes just 1 minute from the Vauxhall station. There are 03 supper market near the building which are Tesco express in the ground floor, Sainsbury and Waitro are cross the road so it really convenient. The apartment is new and well equipped with all the furniture so you actually no need to bring anything with you. Bed room in the good size, beds are comfortable. Bath rooms also really good and clean. 01 with standing shower, 01 with bath tub. Towels, shower crea.

The folder of instruction was generally good but was contradicted by the information sent over the internet on subjects such as where to leave the keys on departure.eg on the kitchen table, in the post room with the concierge?. It can feel like home when you stay in. Comfortable rooms. All appliances you need. Spacious and innovative apartments. Bus stop and underground are nearby. You can find a lot of markets around. You need to read all the email from Alber carefully before arrive. You need to know your room number before arrive (inside the email) and ask the office reception to give you a key. You should be aware that this is not the Hotel so no other service will be available. No daily cleaning service. If you want you have to pay extra 50 pounds for 01 day. No daily new towels exchange so also extra charge. Not many restaurants nearby. Noisy with traffic below. Rooms on the small side but this seems to be common in London & Europe. Dryer takes a while to dry clothes, better off partially drying clothes then hanging them on air drying rack. Couldn't use the ensuite bathroom as the smell was so bad we had to keep the door closed to stop it permitting the rest of the flat. Neither of the fans in the bathrooms worked. Couldn't pull the blinds back in any room. Not enough plates and no bowls for cereal. We informed about late arriving, but reception wasn't informed. They also didn't know our reserved room number. Thank God everything went good, problem was solved. Bedrooms are quite small. Not enough space for garbage. The concierge seemed confused and didn't provide me with any help at all. Room size quit small Power went off twice, but solved quickly. No housekeeping and if you want you have to pay 50£ Per visit wich is a room rate in some hotels!!! A little bet tight rooms. Bed extremely uncomfortable the absolute worst in entire 30 day touring holiday most nights in different hotels. Leaking pipes under kitchen sink, no toilet roll holder in ensuite. Main bedroom smelt musty. No blockout dressings on windows. No instructions for washing machine. Only one sofa not 2 as advertised. booking procedure (could be made easier for one-off short stays, e.g. less documentation requirements).
