I liked how the rooms were clean, and that there was an option to leave your bag with the front desk staff while you wandered London. Being able to experience the city without my bag was extremely helpful.all reviews »

cleanliness. I srrived at 11.50 . After not being allowed to stay at a nother histrl as I didnt hsve my passport . So friendly . Nothing was a problem . They were stars !! Slightly mysterious set up . Loved the carved architrave to downstairs reception . Beautiful building . Lovely kitchen . 2 mornings at 6 am sat on the patio watching sky change with the dawn shades of green and views of a patchwork of roof tops . Great experience . Nice dark dorm with quiet guests . Neede a relaxing break and got it . St.

I didn't like that the front desk wasn't open from about 3am to 10am. Also the showers didn't have hot water.
There was no hair dryer at the shower room. I think it is best to have one at the shower room.

didnot get plenty of water for shower. Kettle didnt work or fridge or any of the sockets . A little bit of moukd in shower room . Unfortunately the tiles havent been sealed so are getting stained . But all these things are easiky fixed.
I didn't like how disorganized it was my room, but that's not their problem, but travelers problem!.

Even though the location is pretty nice, it is very hard for foreigner to find this property. Because there is no sign outside and even inside.
It shoul change the matress the one i had i felt the springs coming out wasnt that plasent sleeping on it, should clean more ofter the bathrooms.
Twice while I was there they double booked the bed I was sleeping in. I then had to prove to them that I had paid for my bed. One of these times was at about 1am which was not only an inconvienience for me but woke everyone in the room up. The bathroom was covered in mold and there was only 2 bathrooms for 35+ beds which is no where near enough. Also rooms aren't locked anyone can walk into anyroom and there is no where to lock away belongings.
The hostel's facilities and cleanliness were very poor. I had
originally booked a bed in an 8 bed room but was then placed in a 10 bed
room without explanation. I do not think that the price of £30 per night
is justified despite the great location.

Over crowded rooms and bathrooms that were not clean despite having a 'cleaner' each day. Bed very uncomfortable (had springs poking into me).

Lack of security anyone can enter in the room, linen were dirty, only 2
bathrooms for the whole hostel everthing dirty... Dont go there!!!! They
want 4 pounds for the luggage storage... Kitchen all out of order.
The hostel is a really strange place. I am a 21 years old girl and I went just with one friend of mine. We felt really bad at the place, the staff made some joks and weird comments. We could not go back after 3 am. Everything was kind of dirty. Terrible place.
