Not too far from centre and had good bar, food facilities.clean, modern, good value, centrally located. the room is very clean and comfortable.Very efficient, and convenient. The staff are tremendous and the hotel comes in way over its star rating that I think is only two star. It's a business hotel almost exclusively but if you're working in Leeds as I was it's very convenient for almost everywhere.QUick, easy and basic. I like the 15 minute rule that was clearly signed (although did not use it). Tha bar was more than adequate and food good value. Great location and the rooms were lovely, 24 of us went for my sisters hen night. Would reccomend this hotel.Good value for money, clean, spacious and catered all our needs. Could do with more tea and milk in the room. the breakfast. work was been done in the hotel so was very noisy early morning...
We had to change room as the smell in the room was very bad, we were given another room, reason been that new carpet had been put down and glued down... Only one bath towel for two people on first night. no toothpaste and hair dryer. breakfast could be richer. The food in the restaurant! Our preferred choice was not available, and our second choice came out charcoal!. window/noise. aircon instructions, no room info on paper difficult to navigate the TV services. tried to watch film whilst connected to internet, which disturbed picture which wasn't good as had paid. Would also like to see hairdryer in room and some larger towels. No parking. ended up with a parking ticket for being 5 minutes late to my car. further from city centre than original thought. there should be a hotel car park. lack of parking and need to cross extremely busy road with bags. Pizza from 24 hour menu were very overcooked and barely edible.You had to pay £9.99 to use the TV this was not stated when I booked the Hotel. It was also near a noisey road the traffic never stopped at all. Not comfortable enough.TV was not clearly tuned in. rooms could do with new curtains as they had holes in them, and need better lighting.unfriendly bar staff. The breakfast was very poor for nearly seven pound having to wait 20 mins for sausage and bacon was not good.No parking or advice on parking resulting in a fine of £25 00. the breakfast was very limited...the bathrooms very small and no storage space. Hotel failed to hhave twin rooms held on arrival, despite ringing in advance to confirm. Had to wait until they juggled the booking. located on a very busy raod, and a considerable amount of traffic noise. Very basic for the price.
