The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly cean in a areas. We were upgraded and a little birthday cake awaited us in our room for my husband's birthday. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Well done Andaz for making our stay so enjoyable.

The hotel is in the heart of the business district, so it is a quieter neighborhood on the weekends, but bustling during the week. The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed and the en-suite was outstanding - you could literally see your reflection in the floor.
