  The Hotel Russell is in a great location, well decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and checking in and out was a breeze.   Close to everything, good beds, verry warm in the room, electronic lockers 1,5 pound a day under the bed (good), breakfast: cereal, toast, jam, milk, tea, coffee (as much as you like), free use of the big kitchen (use of fridge). Clean and neat rooms, very centrally located and next to a underground station with a shopping centre within walking distance and a good deli shop next door.   Apart from the toilets that were in reception - which were like a sauna- the whole stay was excellent.   The service was AMAZING! The contact was absolutly stunning and i've never been so taken care of by an hotel before. They really cared and were so sweet to us. It's pretty close to the City if you're up for a walk. The price was all right too. We could come here again, just for the service!
