  The ever-smiling stuff, the hotel compliments during my stay /daily newspaper, welcoming letter with chocolates, "sleep well" compliment/; the afternoon tea, served in the drawing room; the design of my superior double room was surprisingly impressive than expected. However, my superior room was so exquisitely touched by the hotel designers, which even compensated - I loved this hotel. The staff is super professional and always with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious! Best continental breakfast I have ever come across in a London hotel - or anywhere really. Lunch and dinner also exceeded my expectations. Simply fantastic! Dorset Square Hotel is much more than just a fabulous hotel. Marylebone station is very close (2min walk) so location is great if you come from LHR/Paddington.

  The Hotel itself was beautiful and had a very nice cosmopolitan feel to it. The room was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed being able to pop outside into the courtyard. The people couldn't possibly have been nicer and made me feel welcome the second I walked in the door. These personal touches make all the difference, particularly in London (... what people say » where you don't often get that). Location second to none. - The rooms were both lovely but the best thng about the hotel was the staff they were friendly and so helpful they really made our stay comfortable nothing was too much trouble. We left a couple of personal items behind and Sergei located them though house keeping and mailed them on to us. We had cockatails in the bar after dinner out and they were superb and the atmosphere was great.

  I liked the fact that it was nice and quiet and the staff kept their distance unless needed. It was a lovely place to relax after a hectic day being a tourist. The rooms were spotless and the tea and coffee were well stocked in the rooms at all times. - Excellent Location! Cafetiere in the room. Good maid service daily. Helpful and friendly staff.

  Very easy to find, easy to check in and the staff were very pleasant. Iwas also upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room wasspacious and had most things that I required. - The concierge service was really great.
