  I had been in hospital in Malaga because of kidney stones. When I arrived at the Guilford they were amazing, helping me deal with airlines, moving me to a room that was near them, helping me continually, airline wouldn't let me fly until I was cleared by a doctor, the hotel has constantly given me needed information in order to deal with my situat... what people say » ion.   My friend and I stayed in this hotel from Tuesday - Saturday. It is a little different to those I've stayed in before. There isn't a reception, on the front door there is a sign advising to call the manager's mobile number. Once we called we were let into the hotel by the very lovely manager who showed us to our room.   Very clean room, the restrooms are chared, tidyness depends on guests. Keep on mind, it's a budget hotel. Had TV, fridge, etc. - The cost was excellent considering how close to London city centre it is. You don't expect a lot for £35, and you don't get a lot, but the room was clean and I got a good nights sleep.
