  The staff were very helpful. They let us check into our room early. Wewere upgraded to a one bed apartment. The apartments were spotless andhad everything you could want.   Great place: very small, great rooms, perfect location between shoreditch and the city 2 minutes from liverpool street station, 15 minutes walk from bank. Staff incredibly kind. Great breakfast directly in the room. I'll go there again for sure!! - Great value for the location and would stay there again. Keep in mind it is close to a busy street... what people say » so if you are bothered by noise ask for a more interior room. Staff was great and very helpful.

  -size of the appartment: huge l-ocation is great: nice shops and restaurants in upcoming area, 2 minutes from liverpool street station -clean -extremely good working wifi, every room has its own router with private access code -you could borrow DVDs from the reception to watch on the DVD player in your room -staff is extremely helpful, they allowe... what people say » d us work in our room for two more hours after checkeout time. -We had a room on the back of the complex, so we hardly heard any noise from the street - Me and my family arrived from Saudi around 11am and our booking was for the two bedroom penthouse. Anothe gust was there and staff (Deepak) offered us a flat to relax until our place is cleaned. Cleaning was great and was daily exept weekends. I asked for the water boiler to be replaced and it was done fast. Kitchen was full of what you need to enjoy cooking. I used the roof for BBQ and for enjoying London nights. Wifi was fast.

  The whole experience was an absolute pleasure and I will be back. The service,and attention from the staff was professional, friendly and personal. Especially the receptionist when checking in Friday evening. The receptionist was brilliant- I do not have her name but I would like give a special thank you. The stay was short but couldn't have kased for a better one. - Staff were good and attentive, good value if you are staying for a weekend as the City is shut, absolutely nothing open within a square mile! so be prepared to get a taxi into the lively parts of London, we paid a tenner each way into Covent Garden so based on the weekend saving it was worth it, have stayed in better 5* hotels than this but ok.
