  I was relocated to the Mayfair apartment as their booking engine double booked at the Sussex Garden apartments ... Having arrived later in the evening from Milan, it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Claire ( or Miss "No Smoking") who made all the arrangements for transfer, was totally professional and reassuring... That alone gets full ... what people say » marks... The apt we got was splendid... Quiet lane and yet just 5 mins walk to Oxford St North and Marble Arch... I would have been happy in the apt - A great central location close to travel facilities. It was clean, a good size with everything needed to look after yourself for any length of time. There was even coffee, tea, sugar and fresh milk provided for us on our arrival. We also enjoyed the fact that our room had a balcony which we could sit on at the end of each long day and chill out with a drink whilst watching the traffic and people pass by.

  There was four of us staying here - 2 couples. The apartment was just lovely. Very modern. The location was perfect for our stay, so close to the train station and walking distance to Hyde Park. The sofa turned into a sofa bed and extra bedding was in the wardrobe in the top bedroom.   We stay at lancaster gate as a family of six. we loved the location unlike some other guests reviews i did find the apts to be clean i alway wipe surfaces when ever i stay in hotels etc and i found all the surfaces kitchen,dinning table,bedside cabinets etc to be clean. as well as bedding.the apt are nice with a little touch of luxury but they mus... what people say » t keep up with the maintance. - In my party of friends there was 5 adults and 2 children the youngest being 2. Our welcome was very warm and friendly.   The whole Hilton, paddington experience for my girls weekend was fabulous, stepping off the train and straight in, check in, leave luggage with sweet gentlemen in reception and when we got back and went to our room, it was beautiful, spacious, newly decorated, new, clean, and the bathroom was gorgeous, first class. I am so pleased I tried the Paddington Hilton and will be bac - We were able to leave luggage there when we arrived early. Our room was very nice and quiet. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Super convenient for Paddington Station and for access to other transportation for sight seeing. We had a wonderful stay. There are a variety of restaurants near the hotel including Chinese, Indian and Greek although since we weren't too hungry we picked up a sandwich and dessert from the M&S in Paddington Station and ate it in the room.
