  In a word, everything. This trip was booked as a treat for myself and my partner for a weekend in London to see carmen at the Royal Albert Hall (which is comfortable walking distance). This truly isd (in every sense) a 5** - Although a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge, there is such a friendly and helpful attitude amongst all the staff. The location is excellent, in a beautiful, quiet street, yet 2 minutes from Harrods. The interior design in the guest rooms and public rooms is pure luxury. This hotel is nothing short of perfect.

  The staff made sure we had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable. It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect and the hotel itself was very nice and clean.

They may only have been open a few weeks but they've hit the ground running thanks to the top quality experienced staff. The use of the curtesy Rolls Royce really topped off a superb stay.
