  Very good, spacious room (I was upgraded free of charge from single to double-twin). Good bedroom facilities including mini-fridge. Comfortable beds. Tasty breakfasts (I particularly recommend the poached egg on toast).   The service provided by Mr. Heap and his staff was excellent. They truly appeared to be anxious to provide a cheerful, profficient and caring service. Every request was catered for even though problems with the external 'phone service was obviously causing some disruption.
