  The welcome from Victoria on reception, taking time to speak directly to our 5 and 7 year olds about their day at wmsp and being genuinely interested, and going along with the plastic Leema trying to check in! Bless her. All the staff were more than happy to help. Our 3rd Premier in stay, first time here.   I normally stay at a chain hotel in the area, but decided on this hotel for a change. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and well equipped and the food excellent. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit.
