  The 2 nights spent at Blythswood was enjoyable from the moment we entered the door into the foyer, due to the ambience and the reception received from the staff on duty. The rooms are very comfortable; the breakfast was exceptional - a very thoughtful array of fruits, cereals, etc - even honeycombe (what a treat) and the hot food was well cooked... what people say » . Made even better by the pleasant manner of the waiting staff. I didn't have time to use the Spa, but my friend did and she was very impressed. - I've stayed here several times and love it! From classy sours, daisies and cocktails in the bar, to the whisky complemented porridge and divine haddock & poached eggs for breakfast, there's nothing to fault at Blythswood. Staff can't do enough for you and embody the friendliness and humor that make Glasgow Glasgow. The spa is amazing and free evenings and mornings for guests. We had a turret in our room and i especially liked the small table and 2 chairs situated in it so that you can be cosy and have a good view of the gardens and beyond. The bathroom was spotless and the king sized bed was very comfortable for both of us.
