  Very close to the airport and so convenient - walking distance. I felt safe landing alone very late at night and saved on taxi/mini bus expenses. Breakfast in bed early in the morning on day of departure at no further expense. Fabulous cooked breakfast.   The atmosphere was really friendly and the staff made you feel very welcome. The food was very good and the service was first class. The only point was that our room was quite a distance from the front door and as my husband was a smoker, he had quite a long way to go for a smoke.   The blonde girl serving on the bar was fantastic, very helpful and looked like she actually enjoyed her work. The fact she is gorgeous as well is just a bonus! - Hotel receptionists very helpful. Great to have frequent bus transfer to the terminals and rail station.

  There were 10 of us; grandparents, parents and children; going to Lapland for the day. We were made very welcome on arrival, had a lovely meal and, thankfully, got out of bed with our early calls. All dealings with the staff, before and during our stay, were friendly and excellent. Staying at the hotel made getting to the airport much easier... what people say » than driving down during the night. The bus shuttle, both ways, was a most valuable belssing. - The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our evening meal in the Restaurant. Flew down from Scotland and stayed at Hotel before leaving Gatwick for Barbados the following morning. Had a very good night's sleep and felt relaxed before travelling. The complementary shuttle service to the airport was much appreciated. Have used the Hotel for this purpose before and will use again in future. Would recommend this Hotel

  There was nothing we didn't like; except having to leave!! It was the 'launch pad' for our honeymoon, and it did not disappoint.   It was very reasonably priced, especially considering everything that was included. The location was great - only a 5-10 min drive to the airport, and very close to Horley train station. A driver picked me up from the station upon arrival, and the hotel ordered and paid for a taxi to take us to Gatwick airport.   The family who run this guesthouse are extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing appears to be a problem with them from booking to arrival to departure.   Absolutely loved it from the minute I turned off the main road, to find a Premier Inn tucked away in woodland so close to Gatwick Airport was a surprise. Spent three days and received a friendly welcome from staff who were always willing to help in whatever matter. My room was quiet and the usual Premier Inn high standard. Loved that it was set in the grounds of 14th Century manor house. Free parking too!
