  If you want a quick trip to Edinburgh, but rather not stay there, this hotel is perfect. It is a short train ride over water to the hotel. The Dunfermline QM train station is just behind the hotel with a mere field of sheep between you. It was comfortable and accommodating. They gave us a key to let ourselves in at whatever hour.   food excellent Joe and Kirsty couldn't do enough to make our stay any better was a great choice for a quiet weekend we enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra nigjht. - Easy to get to. Excellent staff. Very comfortable. Superb food. Peaceful location considering how near it was to the motorway.
