  Everything about the hotel was brilliant. The rooms were up to date and comfortable (a lot better than the pictures portrays them) and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food and service from the bar/restaurant was excellent and was very reasonably priced. - Spacious, clean and modern room with the comfiest bed and duvet!! Lovely bathro... what people say » om, tea and coffee facilities in room, big TV, no noise and a great location if you have business in the West London area. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

  The rooms were spotless and well layed out, everything one would expect to find in a hotel room was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful.   friendly staff, nice basic room, all that was really needed having just attended a football match at wembley..good that check in open early as was able to drop off bags before the match etc.. - I thought the bathroom was brilliant - great idea to make it a sealed unit so you don't get damp problems. We had the car parked in a covered spot so it did not get hot, parking fee was very reasonable. Large, fresh and very tasty breakfast buffet. Kids eat for free! we would definitely go again.
