The Tudor Grange Hotel is a Tudor manor house set in secluded gardens on the east cliff of Bournemouth, close to Bournemouth town centre and a 2-minute walk from Bournemouth beach and 3 minutes' drive from Bournemouth Train Station. There are 10 en-suite rooms, a fully-licensed bar, a breakfast room, reading room, foyer, gardens, fountain and a self catering apartment. All 10 en-suite rooms are finished with elegant decor, modern bathrooms and rooms with garden views are available. The rooms are equipped with flat-screen Freeview TVs, high-speed wireless internet connection and tea and coffee making facilities. A full English breakfast is cooked to order and served by waiting staff, and there is a fresh buffet of cereals, fruits, yoghurt, milk and juices. The Four Poster Room has a Romeo and Juliet style balcony overlooking the garden and a double-ended bath.

The relaxed atmosphere and beautiful setting and indeed the Hotel. The ppeople were great so accomodating, they let me leave the car in the car park when we chequed out! would use this hotel again, oh and the breakfast was great too...Thank you. Great location, close to seafront, quite, beautiful Victorian house, well maintained, nice staff, beautiful garden, great wireless internet, it's like travelling to the past with the benefits of the present.

Would stay again. it was so very relaxed, staff very friendly and willing to help when ever you needed them to. We were made to feel at home from the minute we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. Provision of tea,coffee and milk for room could be more generous, although it was readily supplied on request.We were expecting a bath, but it's got only the shower. don't park your car under the tree by the garage,the birds will cover your car in nasty stuff. One of the members of staff basically asked me to leave the lounge area of the hotel as it was not designated for residents - yet it was right next to the bar and had quite a few tables and chairs in it, so it looked like a public area. I felt quite offended by her reaction and she put me off the place a bit. Our bathroom was a little small, we only had a shower and no bath.Small bathroom. Was not informed that checking in was 2pm on Sundays instead of 1pm so had a bit of a wait to actually get to room. toast was like eating warm bread very pale.Oak panelling throughout is good to look at but makes the overall ambience a little gloomy. Had to keep asking for tea,coffee milk, ect for the room, Verysmall bar.The bed was a little narrow and not that comfortable. Had problems with the water in the bath and sink, no pressure or just no cold water at all. Room was a little overlooked.some rooms cold, no four post bed. Standard double rooms are a very small.Very noisy plumbing, tea and biscuits in room very meagre!. I felt that the staff could have been more freindly, We did not feel that we were welcome to use the lounge area as there were always personal computers and paperwork on the tables. selction on tea/coffee tray in the room limited. The bathroom was too small and facilities for breakfast were very limited. hotel staff could have been friendlier, shower too hot, beer was not good. the heating can not cope with cold weather our room was freezing. The room I felt was too small though clean and tidy.Our room was really small. Television in wardrobe! Shower over bath under sloping ceiling....not good if you are tall. No hairdryer. Staff not very welcoming or friendly during stay. No atmosphere. Breakfast too early for holidaymakers at 8am - 9am, tables not laid up for breakfast and no preserves etc on table, had to ask for them.. No welcome - very impersonal - uninviting restaurant - no tables laid up , until you arrive for breakfast - some mornings no staff about - had to find someone - No preserves on table, had to keep asking, no jugs of hot water for tea, just enough for 2 cups in a pot. Bedroom - had to ask for hot chocolate, 2 people in room but 1 left - shortage of tea and milk. Had to ask for sonmething every day.
