  We were made very welcome, the room was very comfortable and the entertainment and dining area was clean and tidy. The saff were vey helpful in giving us directions to the venues we needed to get to. The road works around Blackpool made things difficult but the staff could not have been more helpful with the directions they gave us. We have - After reading the reviews I was slightly worried about the hotel but on arrival the staff were brilliant, check in was quick and smooth, they'd gone the extra length to make sure they have parking for all guests. Breakfast was lovely and served quickly. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. We had an amazing weekend and the service was second to none! I'd highly recommend the hotel!! Amazing value for money!

  Breakfast buffet was good although self-serve toast machine was a pain. Car parking was available and we were able to leave the car there after checkout. Attached Indian restaurant was excellent. Single rooms were reasonable size, clean and nicely decorated and bathroom was spacious. The room was beautifully decorated and all our needs catered for, all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the Chef stayed late to ensure we had a meal on our late arrival.
