I stayed for 1 night with my 6 year old grandson . The hotel was spotlessly clean .The room was the same , and it was nicely furnished and decorated , Everyone was helpful and friendly. A nice quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Blackpool . 10 out of 10 .Have recommended it to friends already . and I will definitely be going again.

Tea//coffee facilities in bedroom. Lift. Our lads loved their room. Free wifi. Games room (but pool £1 & take your own darts) Allowed take away food back in hotel room. (except fish & chips as leaves strong odour) Value for money. The staff were very friendly and most helpful the rooms were comfortable and clean and lovely and warm.The seaview was as excellent as expected.Breakfast was excellent and delicious and the staff serving the meal were most polite and helpful we will definately stay here again.Well recommended.Nice quiet area. The staff were so friendly, the breakfast was amazing and lots of it, the choose was fantastic and the waitress was fantastic with my girl's. The entertainment was great and the owner Ken really looked after us. The rooms where very clean and relaxing, beds were comfortable. Will definately go back. We were greeted with a pot of tea because we arrived early. We arrived early but were still welcomed warmly and we were able to leave our luggage safely because our rooms were not available until 14.00. Breakfast area very impressive. Bar area very good with entertainment. hotel was nice and very clean beds where comfy a hearty breakfast and also done a continental one to staff very friendly and always on hand to anwser any questions or queries will definitely be back to stay. May have to park some distance from hotel (eg 300m). It wasn't a dislike as much as an observation.It would be helpful if a notice was placed in the rooms warning people to close the bathroom door after having a shower since the steam tends to set off the smoke alarm. No Dislikes. couldnt fault it. no complaints. nothing,read previous reviews & cant understand complaints mentioned,about this hotel,we didn't find any faults & will recommend people to stay here. I didn't have breakfast or dinner in the hotel due to the cost of this. I feel £8.25 per person for breakfast was just a bit to expensive. Nothing really at all, the only niggle was the shower head was broken and wouldnt stay up, other than that, nothing. Nothing. there was nothing not to like.!!!. Banging noises early hours of the morning from other hotel guests, but understandable for people that go out on nights out. Carpets, bit tired. There was nothing we didn't like . very poor,singing etc from bar until 12/30 am then talking etc until 2/30 am..not good.. young farmers all drunk around the town not good.... Booked a room with a sea view and was sent a picture of my room, when I arrived was given a room with no view, when I complained was given a room were you could just see the sea not the room with the two windows which I was shown in the picture. Lift wasn't large enough for wheelchair to fit comfortably. Location was further from town than we thought it would be, but 3day tram pass saved our legs. Water only luke warm for shower but good value never the less. Dirty windows,affected by sea wind and dust. Location. But not too bad as tram stop very near. Was everything ok. Old fashion style ,in the room I felt like old person because design was poor:/ need some fresh colors inside :) apart from that everything was brilliant. My money of my bedside cabinet went missing, £35 was taken from the inside of my wife's shoe which we had hidden to avoid this from happening.
