Alyth Hotel
Market Square, 6-8 Commercial Street (Alyth) PH11 8AF

Alyth Hotel
Originally built as a coaching inn in 1772, the hotel sits in the market square of the picturesque Highland village of Alyth, just north of Blairgowrie.

Just above Strathmore, Scotland's most fertile glen, the hotel is an ideal centre from which to tour the beauty spots of Perthshire, Angus and the Grampian Highlands. The attractive and peaceful location makes the hotel great as a relaxing base for an activity holiday or for a relaxing or romantic break.

The hotel was once Alyth's principal coffee house. Today, the hotel has been sensitively refurbished and still retains many attractive original features, as well as a pleasant traditional feel. The James Sandy Restaurant offers a true taste of Scotland, by using the very best of local produce. All 12 en suite rooms have been fully refurbished and most are extremely spacious, with bathrooms added where these did not exist.
