Excellent location, one could not wish for a better one - close by the Haymarket railway station and the Airlink bus stop, within a walking distance from the center, two huge supermarkets nearby and a few nice fastfood places. Friendly staff; nice continental breakfast. -

This was a very brief stay on our way home but what a wee treasure this place is. The hosts were lovey and Alan did a fab Scottish breakfast. I get the impression they would go out their way to make it a pleasant stay with them. Will def return -

Everything about this place was great. It is student housing which gives you the feel of communal living with the option of having your own room if you want quiet time. My family and I loved it. These are student apartments, so quite basic but clean, modern and centrally located. The bed was comfortable with nice white cotton bed-linen. We stayed for 3 nights for the Festival and found it ideal to be so near everything + able to make tea etc.. in between shows!
